-Cancellation 4-6 days before check-in: 40% of the deposit will be refunded.
-Cancellation 2-3 days before check-in: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
-Cancellation 1 day before check-in: 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
-Cancellation on the day of check-in: Deposit will not be refunded.
※ When the deposit is refunded, the relevant cash flow handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
If force majeure occurs, SnailMan will proactively contact you to discuss refunds or extensions.
